Introduction: POEMS syndrome is a rare multisystem disorder characterized by polyneuropathy, organomegaly, endocrinopathy, monoclonal plasma-proliferative disorder and skin changes. Different endocrinopathies are found in 58-80% of patients, however, its pathophysiology remains unknown.
